The ultimate character building experience

  • Learn and embody the 10 patterns of leadership - their gifts and shadows
  • Assess your strengths and weaknesses
  • Understand how to respond creatively to change

We all have different skills, talents and personality traits. Consequently, as managers and leaders we are all very distinct characters.  These personality types have a profound influence on who we are and deeply infuse our organisational cultures. The better we understand these traits and the more consciously we use them, the more effective we will be.

In times of change we need to first analyse our leadership styles. We can then identify new patterns that the emerging future demands. Once we’ve got to grips with this, we can act in our desired character patterns and become ‘future-fit’. In this interactive and highly reflective session, you’ll discover how to assess your strengths and weaknesses to transform your leadership.
