The details you provide will be held on a database but will never be given to any external companies. London Business Forum Ltd is registered under the Data Protection Act (1998).
Payment must be made at the time of booking and delegate places are not confirmed until payment has been received. A VAT invoice will be sent to you on receipt of payment. Tickets are fully transferable but please note no refunds will be made.
If you are purchasing a discount package, please note that credits must be applied within one year of the date the discount package is purchased. You can book delegate places using your credits online in your Account area or through us by phone or email. The credit(s) used for your booking will be automatically deducted from your account. Additional delegate places can be purchased at the discounted rate determined by your package level until your discount package expires.
London Business Forum requests at least two weeks’ notice from discount package holders to cancel delegate places. If this notice is given, the credit(s) used for this booking will be added back onto your account. If notice is given after this, the place(s) cannot be cancelled and credits will not be refunded. However, the ticket can be used by a replacement delegate and you do not need to notify the London Business Forum of the name change.
This booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. London Business Forum reserves the right to change the speakers, date or venue. In the unlikely event of cancellation, London Business Forum will make a full refund but disclaims any further liability.
