Our requirements:
Our 2 year Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP) is a highly participative course that combines theory, practical application and action learning in order to equip participants to face ever more complex leadership challenges. As part of the programme we wanted to give our high potential managers an opportunity to hear live from business leaders, to support them in building on their existing knowledge and experience, providing access to the latest leadership thinking and practical case studies.
How we’ve used LBF events:
We have invited our Emerging Leaders to a range of LBF events over the past 3 years, also providing employees with access to full audio of all past events, enabling them to benefit from the LBF sessions.
Our experience:
LBF events have given us access to speakers such as Sir Richard Branson, Malcolm Gladwell, Sir Bob Geldof and Sir Ken Robinson. They give our Emerging Leaders valuable insight into a wide range of business issues and help to build their commercial and strategic awareness.
